Histologic sections show fragments of lymph node involved by lymphoma. The lymphoma shows a sinusoidal infiltration pattern, and is composed of large pleomorphic cells, with irregular nuclear contours, open chromatin, visible nucleoli, and variable amounts of eosinophilic cytoplasm.
