The patient has diffuse lymphadenopathy and a right axillary lymph node was biopsied.

Histologic sections show lymph node in which the architecture is substantially replaced by lymphoma. The neoplasm has a nodular pattern and dense sclerotic bands are present that course through the lymph node and partially surround some nodules. Capsular fibrosis is also present.
