EBER-Positive DLBCL

The patient has a history of relapsed mantle cell lymphoma (CD5-), status post multiple line therapies including recent CART cell therapy. A recent PET/CT showed interval development of several FDG avid left retroperitoneal and pelvic wall nodes, worrisome for relapsed lymphoma.

Histologic sections show needle shaped fragments of fibroadipose tissue involved by atypical lymphoid infiltrate.
