Follicular Lymphoma with HRS-Like Cells

Histologic sections show lymph node in which the architecture is extensively replaced by lymphoma with an entirely follicular pattern.

The follicles show some heterogeneity in their cellular composition, with some follicles composed mostly of centrocytes, and other follicles with a mixture of centrocytes and centroblasts.

Few neoplastic follicles with HRS-like cells are seen
