A 48-year-old woman with history of presacral mass incidentally found in 2005. Recent PET/CT scan showed a single soft tissue mass (7 cm) in the posterior pelvis with mild FDG activity and SUV max of 3.4 .

Histologic sections show needle-shaped fragments of lymphoid tissue with several lymphoid follicles, some of which show small reactive germinal centers and thick mantle zones.
