Intra-Parotid Classic Hodgkin Lymphoma

Histologic sections show needle-shaped fragments of lymphoma with extensive necrosis.

In the best preserved areas, large neoplastic cells are present and in some areas form clusters in a background of small lymphocytes, histiocytes and scattered granulocytes. Dense fibrous bands are not identified.
