Monomorphic epitheliotropic intestinal T-cell lymphoma (MEITL)

Histologic sections show extensive transmural involvement of the small intestine, peritoneum and omentum by lymphoma. The lymphoma is diffuse and involves the mucosa, submucosa, muscularis propria and serosa with extensive necrosis.
