Reactive Plasmacytosis Associated with Increased Histiocytes, Eosinophils and Immunoblasts

Histologic sections show lymph node in which the interfollicular regions show numerous plasma cells without atypia, many histiocytes, small lymphocytes, scattered eosinophils and a few immunoblasts, all within an edematous background. Small reactive follicles are also present. The follicles do not show hyaline-vascular lesions.
