Relapsed MALT lymphoma Involving the Orbit

This patient has a history of orbital MALT lymphoma, status post ultra Low dose radiation. The patient was recently found to have orbital enhancement in the superior and lateral aspect.

Histological sections show irregular fragments of soft tissue infiltrated by a diffuse neoplastic lymphocytic process.
