The patient is a 40-year-old male with a diagnosis of CD10 positive, SOX-11 positive, blastoid Large B-cell lymphoma with a hight proliferation rate (90% Ki-67, FISH negative for BCL2, BCL6, MYC & Cyclin D1 rearrangements), diagnosed in 2019, status post multiple lines of treatment. Recent CT scan revealed disease progression with a large mass in the left neck, measuring 6.8 x 7.4 cm.
